  Verizon Wireless store manager Lauren Border was very helpful. I am here from Texas and wasn't sure how it was going to workout when my phone stopped charging. From the minute I walked into the store Lauren was attentive and understood my concern. I walked out with a new phone in my price range and completely setup. Thank you Lauren for being so kind. I would highly recommend stopping by.

  Went into store a few days ago because my iPhone suffered water damage. Lauren was working and she was was able to get me exactly what I needed and went above and beyond to discuss my plan and the best options. She was amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all has great customer service skills! She was able to get me in and out in a timely fashion and helped me entertain my 2 yr old. Will most definitely recommend this store to everyone I know!! Very satisfied customer!
