  For starters, the rep told me that I was getting unlimited data on the mobile hotspot and it turned out to only be 3G. I called the rep and the customer service and wasted several hours to only be told that I was lied to and there was nothing that could be done to correct the mistake. Besides that, the service is terrible. I checked the connectivity map for all of the locations that my wife and I visit frequently and we are lucky to get 1x or 3G network. That's what the phone says, but it doesn't want to connect to anything. My wife has had multiple texts that were getting lost and if we aren't getting staticky calls, they are dropped altogether. After 1 day of the service my wife and I have decided to give up on Sprint and go back to AT&T.
