  First and last selling experience. I brought in a full bag of clothing, and only 12 items were accepted. When I asked about the criteria for accepting/rejecting items, I was told items that were stained or worn were not accepted (understandable). Upon a quick glance of the rejected items, I asked a specific question on an item and was told “we have to make sure it will sell” aka if the employee doing the purchase doesn’t like the item, it gets rejected. Once I got my items home, I became even more suspect of their “policy”, as there were several unstained, worn once solid shirts that were rejected. Never again.

  The main employee (i'm assuming the store manager) is extremely rude. I have heard this from others, but found out for myself when I actually went into the store a few weeks ago. She was not friendly and acted like everyone should already know the process of selling items to the store. I will not be going back and will let others know about this experience.
