  Crook managers who will twist and manipulate return dates and would not allow me to make a return despite having ample time to do so. I was making a return for my mother who changed her mind on a purchase, and I was told by coporate that the return was still valid, and my receipt was within 60 days however this store's manager refused to do so, and kept insisting that the return was over due even though it clearly was not.
