I walk in, someone behind the counter asks me how they can help and walks me to the item I'm looking for if I need any direction. I'm in and out quickly and with pleasant conversation. The prices are sometimes a bit higher than the big box, but the time savings and service more than make up for it. This is my preferred hardware store in town.
